Product Brief

You share your product brief with us, outlining your requirements and vision.

Sourcing the Factory

AVTRADE selects the most suitable factory for your needs, considering factors like order volume, product specifications, packaging, finishing, and any required factory audits. The more information you provide about the product, the better we can find the ideal manufacturing facility.

Refining Product Design

Working closely with you and the manufacturer, we fine-tune the product design. Our services include preparing technical drawings (CAD drawings), translating specifications into the factory's language, collaborating with subcontractors (finishing, hardware, and packaging companies), and creating color 3D renders of the product. This ensures everyone involved understands the exact requirements.

Pre-Production Sample

Once all details are confirmed and approved, we request a pre-production sample. This sample, signed off by both AVTRADE and the factory, becomes the master reference product, ensuring consistency during production.

Quality Control

Our experienced Quality Control Inspectors regularly visit the factory to ensure components and products meet the highest standards. Before packaging, a final quality check is conducted. Throughout the process, we keep you informed with quality control reports and open order status updates. Our customer service team is always available to provide real-time updates on your orders.

Shipping Arrangements

When production is complete, we work with shipping lines to arrange shipping containers or air-freight based on your preferences.

Even after the products leave Vietnam, AVTRADE Australia remains committed to providing exceptional customer service. Our team can assist with customs clearance, local deliveries, container unloads, and temporary warehousing if needed.
